Here are the Requirements that you must meet for carrying Dogs in the Cabin

  • Small dogs are allowed on flights operating within the USA, except Hawaii. However, it includes Canada, Puerto Rico, and U.S.V.I.
  • You have to contact the airline’s pet service team by dialing the official helpline number and making reservations in advance.
  • If you are flying on domestic flights within Canada, only two dogs are eligible on Business class and Delta One.
  • On the other hand, when flying on international flights on the main cabin, four pets can board the Delta flight.
  • Remember that dogs must be ten weeks old when flying within the USA. However, when traveling across the European Union, your pets should be fifteen weeks old.

  • When traveling to/from the U.S, Canada, or Puerto Rico, the dog fee is USD 125.
  • Make a Delta Airlines booking to/from the U.S Virgin Islands or international routes, pay USD 200.
  • In addition, the pet fee is USD 75 for flights flying to and from Brazil.
